Payments
To secure your transaction we use Paypal, so all transaction are handled by them and are very safe. It is not necessary for a shopper to own or create a Payal account to make a purchase through Paypal.

When you place an order, all personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy (link to section please).
Our Promise To You
We will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the products you order under this agreement. Any decision you make having received any of our products are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.

Returns Policy
Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item.
The returns process:-
• Returns authorisation
Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation procedure by emailing us at info@berkshirehypnobirthing.com. Your return will then be authorised and we shall email you with the relevant details on how and where to send your return.
• Packaging the item for return
Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
• Replacement or refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.
• Returning an unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
* We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
* We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
Refunds cannot be given in any circumstances for Downloads.
• Test of returned items
We test each item returned fully. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed £3.00 for CDs.
We advise you to check any CD on a second machine before you contact us initially. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
