Group Classes & HypnoBirthing Essentials one day class.

We aim to provide a comprehensive set of classes no matter your circumstances. Sometimes other antenatal classes are also attended, sometimes it is hard for partners working long hours/distances/shift patterns to attend the 2 day classes so therefore the one-day HypnoBirthing Essentials class may suit some mums-to-be better. Both kinds of classes are an excellent opportunity to meet other parents.

Group classes run on a monthly weekend basis throughout the year in Reading locations. The emphasis is on practice so ample time is made available to exercises to be practices to ensure you can take then away feeling confident and prepared. Contact me for dates.
One day (mums-to-be only) classes run Fridays and Sundays in both Reading and Wokingham locations. Contact me for dates.
