From Week 12:The next three simple and effective audio recordings help you prepare throughout your pregnancy for the option of a natural, easier and positive birth experience. By practising a little gentle daily relaxation you can overcome fears or doubts about labour and childbirth itself and learn ways of coping through labour. This means you can be satisfied knowing that you can be well prepared for the wonderful day your baby arrives.
Relaxation for Pregnancy and a Calm Labour A gentle and yet empowering recording that will support you calmly throughout your pregnancy and during the lead up to labour and birth. This recording will help to emotionally and mentally prepare you for one of the most important life experiences you will have. This CD promotes a sense of pleasant anticipation and a calm, gentle, positive attitude of mind for pregnancy and labour.

Conscious and unconsciously held fear, worries and stress can create tension and unnecessary pain throughout labour and birth. This recording will gently, easily and yet powerfully enable you to release your worries, negative thoughts and fears connected with pregnancy, labour, birth or of the effects that bringing a new baby into your world may have. Are you thinking of having a home birth? This is one of the most gentle and easiest ways to prepare for labour and birth in the comfort of your own home. Many birthing classes will teach the practical around having your baby at home and your midwives will be supportive. There is very little in terms of resources however to support mums-2-be to prepare mentally and emotionally for what will be perhaps one of the most important events in their lives. This supportive, encouraging and confidence building recording, when listened to throughout pregnancy, can enable you to create an excited and healthy attitude of mind, body and baby for a gentle, loving and more comfortable homebirth experience. This recording prepares the mind and body to give birth in the natural environment you are already at home safe and secure in. This also shows you some very simple and extremely effective ways to minimise discomfort, manage contractions and to work effectively with your body as labour and birth progress naturally. This recording to help women post natally to recover physically and emotionally, swiftly and comfortably – it helps develop and maintain a calm, positive and confident attitude to the changes happening all around daily. A calm mum means a calmer baby and the ability to confidently deal with the day to day hurly burly of life becomes easier and more enjoyable as your body and mind restore balance gently and easily for you. Breastfeeding is also enhanced through mums calmness as the milk supplies are easily sustainable with a calm confidence. When listened to regularly will condition the mind and body to respond with calm, positivity and confidence to any change the journey into parenthood brings.
